Thinking About Visiting?

Here are some answers to questions we have been asked.

Worship

Our Sunday morning service includes a blend of traditional hymns and Christian songs that exalt the Lord and prepare our hearts for the message from our Pastor.

Ordinances

We observe the Lord's Supper during the 5:00 service on the first Sunday of each month. Anyone who has a testimony of salvation is welcome to partake in this special remembrance of Christ's death on the cross.

We schedule baptisms for the first Sunday morning of each month. To be a candidate for baptism, you must have a clear testimony of salvation and complete a brief appointment with the pastor.

Community

We feel that developing friendships and relationships with others at church is a key part of growing together as Christians. To facilitate this, we provide various activities and fellowships for all adult age groups each month. From teen and young adult groups to men's basketball to seniors' coffee and donuts, we are sure you can find a place to fit in.

Childcare

We offer exciting, age appropriate classes for your kids while you worship.

Grace Baptist Church as it exists today requires the following:

Children who are not under the supervision of their parents during our services must be registered each week with the check-in software, KidCheck, in order to attend an age appropriate class.

Every volunteer who works with minors must be a member of Grace Baptist Church, pass a state and national background check, and adhere to our children's policies and procedures.

Classrooms where children are taught are monitored and recorded by surveillance cameras.

Weekly Bible Study

On Wednesdays at 6:45 we offer an informal adult Bible study in conjunction with our Patch the Pirate Club children's program. The first half-hour includes coffee and fellowship followed by a time of teaching at 7:20. These Bible studies are held in a classroom style setting and are topical or expository depending on the subject.
